The 2012 Vivente World Randonneur is a complete touring bike that is available now in three configurations:

  • A Drop Bar with Tiagra STI levers
  • A Drop Bar with Dura-Ace Bar End levers
  • A Trekking Bar with MTB levers

All World Randonneur's are fully equipped machines that have almost everything you could need. Some highlights are:

  • 100% Cr-Mo tubing frame with double butted main tubes & 100% Cr-Mo steel fork
  • Shimano Deore XT dynamo front hub
  • Spare Spokes
  • Full Length Mudguards
  • Rear Carrier
  • Bidon Cages

The Vivente World Randonneur has a strong history and has been around since the 1980's. Originally called the Gemini World Randonneur, it was designed here in Sydney.
During the late 1990's the Gemini World Randonneur had a name change and was re-badged the Mongoose World Randonneur. During this time the frame underwent a significant change from Cr-Mo to Alloy frames.
In 2007 the original designer of the World Randonneur started a new brand "Vivente" and the World Randonneur was re-born with a whole new design and frame setup. The frames returned to 100% Cr-Mo tubing.

Today the World Randonneur is one awesome bicycle. Check out the Vivente World Randonneur website for more information on setups, history and more.
